こっちに来て一緒に遊ぼうという意味です。
動詞 come と play が2つ並んでいて、ちょっとびっくりするかもしれませんが、よく使う表現です。
会話などで Come and play with us のように come や go と別の動詞が2つある文を話すとき and を省略することがあります。
例えば Let’s go and watch a movie. を言いやすくして Let’s go watch a movie. とよく言います。
いくつか例文を紹介します。
Come hang out at my house!
うちに来て一緒に遊ぼう！
Let’s go meet Joe at the station.
駅にジョーに会いに行こうよ。
このように日常のいろいろな場面でandを省略した表現をよく使いますよ。

〜のあいだに、というときには during を使うことができます。during は前置詞なので後には名詞または名詞を中心とした語句を置きます。 今日のキーセンテンスの during lunchtime は昼食を食べる時間と休憩時間を表しています。during は「〜のあいだ ずっと」という意味で使われる場合と、特定の期間内の「ある時に」という意味で使われる場合があります。 それではほかの例文も見てみましょう。
1). Animals such as owls and bats sleep during the day.
フクロウやコウモリのような動物は日中に寝ます。
この文の during the day は昼の間ずっとという状況を表します。
2). My friend in America called me during the night.
私のアメリカの友人が夜間に私に電話をかけてきました。
この文の during the night は夜間のどこかで電話をかけてきたという状況を表します。次です。

あなたは夏休みになにをする予定ですか？
夏休みの間にはduring summer breakと言います。日本語に訳すときは「夏休みに」とすることもあります。
