いきなり変えるのではなく、 クッションになることばを使って、みんなの関心を引きつけてから話題を変えているところが、コミュニケーション上手ですね。(Jessie showed interest in Reina’s story and then changed the subject by saying “Hey,” which was a good communication skill. He is a good communicator because he uses cushion words to get everyone’s attention and then changes the topic, rather than changing it abruptly.)
