omission 「抜け、漏れ」
complete 「完全な、完璧な」という意味の形容詞

正直な気持ちを打ち明けたメールですね。
(This is an email in which I confided my honest feelings.)
まず、納得できない点について述べています。出だしの It’s honestly difficult -. の1文で、自分の本音を述べています。
その一方で、 it’s not fair -. (相手を責めるのはフェアではない)と言っています。
個人攻撃はしないけど、満足していないことは表明しておきたいということです。
( I don’t want to make a personal attack, but I do want to state that I am not satisfied.)
