First listening. First, let’s listen to the story and get the basic idea.
倉庫の警報器が鳴ったので、グレイとミカはグレイのアパートを飛び出し、倉庫の中を見に行きます。すると、タカシが倉庫の中にいました。
(The warehouse alarm went off, so Gray and Mika ran out of Gray’s apartment and went to look inside the warehouse. They found Takashi in the warehouse.)

軽い失敗やミスをした時に使えます。僕だったら缶ジュースを落としてしまった時や駅の改札に引っかかってしまった時などについ「ウップス」と言っちゃいます。
私は友達にメールを打っていて、2回ぐらい同じ打ち間違いをしちゃったら、「ウップス」って言っているかもしれません。あまりに自然に使うので、ほとんど無意識ですね。
普段英語を使う人はみんなそんな感じだと思います。 ただ、ちょっと軽いニュアンスなので、大きなミスをしたときなど、深刻な場面で使うのはあまりおすすめしませんね。(You can use it when you make a small mistake or misstep. I say “oops” when I drop a can of juice or get stuck at the ticket gate at the station.
If I’m typing an email to a friend and I make the same mistake twice, I might say “oops.” It’s so natural that I use it almost unconsciously.
I think everyone who uses English on a regular basis feels the same way. However, because it has a slightly light nuance, I don’t recommend using it in serious situations, such as when you’ve made a big mistake.)

接続詞としてのwhenの後は、必ず肯定文または否定文の形です。疑問文の形にはなりません。
1). Did you often go to the zoo when you were little?
あなたは小さかった時、動物園によく行きましたか?
小さかった時と過去のことなので、Did youと過去形で質問しています。Whenの後は、You were littleと肯定文の形になっています。
2). Were you nervous when you gave your speech in class yesterday?
あなたは昨日授業でスピーチをしたとき緊張しましたかスピーチをするは give a speech と言います。
3). What do you like to do when you are not working?
あなたは仕事をしていないとき何をすることが好きですか
最初の what は疑問文で使う what なので、その後は普通の疑問文の形になっています。
