今日取り上げるのは That’s for sure. 間違いなく」や「本当にそうですね」という意味のフレーズです。
すべてはわからないけど、一つ間違いなく明らかなことがあるときによく使います。
(I often use it when I don’t know everything, but one thing is definitely obvious.)
例えば旅行の前日に大雪警報が出ていて
Do you think our train will be cancelled because of the weather?
ひどい天気だから列車がキャンセルになっちゃうかな」と聞かれたとします。キャンセルになるかわからないけど、実際に大きな遅れが出そうな場合

どうかな? 大きな遅れが出るだろうね。それは間違いない。

疑問文であってもbeforeの後は主語プラス動詞の肯定文の形となります。
