It’s a deal. などのフレーズを省略したものです。deal は「取引」という意味なので、それは取引だ。つまり「それで手を打とう」となります 。取引と聞くとビジネスの場面を思い浮かべるかもしれませんが、むしろ日常会話でよく使います。
例えば、友達と映画館でポップコーンをシェアする場面で。

after は「〜した後」にという意味で、before や when と同様に接続詞として使うことができます。after の後は主語プラス動詞の形を続けます。それでは他の例文も見てみましょう。

after の後は I watched と、 主語プラス動詞の形を続けます。次です
2). Where did you go after you saw the Japanese garden?

疑問文であっても after の後は主語プラス動詞の肯定文の形になります次です。
3). I usually take a shower right after I get home.
私は普通帰宅した後すぐにシャワーを浴びます。
〜した後すぐにと言いたいときは、right を after の前においてright afterを使います。
