1). 会社の新人が朝、 心配そうにあなたに話しかけます。 先輩のケンが彼の仕事ぶりに不満があるようだと言うのです。 応答してください。
(A newcomer to the company talks to you in the morning with concern. He tells you that Ken, a senior colleague, seems dissatisfied with his work performance. Response.)

2 ).ネットで購入した品物が損傷した状態で到着した友人。 「どうしたらいい?」と言う友人に応答してください。
(A friend of mine received an item purchased online that arrived in a damaged condition. You respond to your friend who says, “What should I do?”)
