救急（ER）英会話ロールプレイ
1). ER受付・トリアージ（最重要）
▶ 到着直後
Nurse / Staff:
What’s the emergency?
You:
I’m in a lot of pain.
（強い痛みがあります）
You（別パターン）
I need help right now.
I feel really sick.
▶ 症状を一言で
I can’t breathe well.
（息が苦しい）
I have severe chest pain.
（激しい胸の痛み）
I hit my head and feel dizzy.
（頭を打って、めまいがします）
There’s a lot of bleeding.
（大量に出血しています）
👉 短く・はっきり言うのが最優先
2). トリアージ看護師との会話
Nurse:
What happened?
You:
I fell down the stairs.
（階段から落ちました）
Nurse:
When did this happen?
You:
About 30 minutes ago.
Nurse:
Where does it hurt?
You:
My right leg hurts badly.
（右脚がひどく痛いです）
