After the final on-site inspection, Fong finally received a notice from the Ministry of Health regarding the official approval. Saki receives a call from Fong about the results.
最終実地検査を経て、フォンはついに保健省から正式な認可について連絡を受けました。サキは電話でその結果を聞いています。

-Alternative expressions ここから、今日のフレーズを他の表現で言い換えてみましょう。

quite まだ完全には、という気持ちが込められています。
